Surendra Joshi is a REDBUD Consulting’s founder member & a director. He has strong strategic and tactical management skills and combines them with a passion to develop services that make a positive difference to Clients.

Surendra possesses experience of more than 22 years in the field of corporate accounting and taxation. He has worked on various assignments which equipped him with wide experience and management skills. He has been associated with the various multinational companies like TATA, Airtel, Reliance and Sistema.

Shreyansh Verma

Shreyansh Verma is a REDBUD Consulting’s founder member & a director. Shreyansh has over 14 years of extensive work experience in corporate restructuring, investment banking and strategy consulting. Prior to REDBUD Consulting, Shreyansh was associated with organizations like HDFC Bank and Unicon. He is now involved with the building of key client relationships and providing advice to clients ranging from investment banking to business advisory.

Ravi Choudhary is REDBUD Consulting’s Founder member. He has more than 20 years of experience in various vertices of finance.

He has been actively involved in various finance verticals with specific focus on cost optimization, process improvement and re-engineering, finance share service center setup & their continuous operation, managing large finance operation, implementation of ERP system, and taxation compliances including preparation & presentation of case before tax authorities.

Vinay Jain

Vinay Jain is a REDBUD Consulting’s founder member & a director. He exudes a certain confidence, which assures one of the certainties of success in whatever assignments the Company is involved in and is very exacting in his disposition.
Vinay is having 15+ years of experience in the broad areas of Accounting, Financial Reporting, Taxation and Corporate Laws. He has devised and been instrumental in implementing accounting policies and practices as per IND-AS and IFRS. He has been involved in a wide scope of Corporate matters including risk management, implementation of ERP systems and Corporate strategies.

Ashutosh Kumar is a key member of REDBUD Consulting. He has more than 10 years of experience in the areas of corporate law advisory and compliances, secretarial audit, labour law audit, mergers and acquisitions, drafting of contracts, corporate litigations, capital market laws and foreign exchange regulations. Ashutosh appears before NCLT, SEBI, RD, RBI, ROC and other authorities.

Amitesh is a banking professional with more than two decades of experience. He was associated with banks like ICICI Bank, Standard Chartered Bank and Deutsche Bank. He was one of the founding members of Deutsche Bank- Retail Banking Division in India. He has rich experience in the field of mortgages and project finance.

After completing his graduation, Mr. Sanjay qualified the CDS and joined the Army. While serving the nation, he was posted to URI & SIACHEN Glacier. While still in service he had the opportunity to study at the IIFT where he was sponsored by the MoD. After his retirement he joined Berger Paints as their GM Marketing. He subsequently worked for DLF & Knight Frank as Head of Land, Residential &Retail for North India.

Mr. Vinay has 22+ years of work experience in the area of Finance, Accounting and taxation.
